Well all his training goes beyond!! I also ordered his coach training dvd’s online. Which amazon needs to get.. coaching videos not entertainment. My kids r now in training with me as they prepare for soccer and lacross. This is for all ages, but as always go to a good doctor who cares about you and not what the drug company pays him/her. Plus add intermittent fasting also found on Dr Mercola’s site.
